2. Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: A cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling costs
- No-shows (customer not present at the time of appointment without prior notice): A no-show fee may apply
Our Cancellations:
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or service remedies under the following circumstances:
Full Refund:
- If the service was not performed and payment was collected in advance
- If we are unable to complete the service due to reasons within our control
Partial Refund or Re-Service:
- If the installation was not completed to the agreed scope through our fault
- If a mounting failure occurs as a direct result of our workmanship (subject to inspection)
No Refund:
- If the service was completed as agreed and the customer changes their mind after completion
- If damage or failure results from pre-existing wall conditions, undisclosed structural issues, or customer-supplied hardware that was unsuitable for the installation
- If the customer fails to disclose relevant information about the wall type, TV weight, or installation environment prior to service
4. Service Issues and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will review your concern and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- A return visit to correct the issue at no additional charge
- A partial refund if deemed appropriate
- A full refund in cases where the service was not delivered as agreed

5. Refund Processing
